Major Junior/NCAA

NCAA Rule Change: Effective Aug 1, 2025:
CHL players are now eligible for NCAA Division I hockey if they’ve received no more than actual and necessary expenses.
NCAA Division III will allow former major junior players to play beginning 2026-27 season.
ACHA has ruled that beginning of the 2025-26 season major junior players will be eligible to play ACHA.
