Strategic Pathway Mapping

Clear guidance for every stage of the game.

Guidance at Every Stage

We provide trusted individualized support from your first junior hockey decisions through to professional placement in North America and Europe. We equip families to make confident informed decisions with a clear long-term perspective.

Major Junior vs NCAA

This is the defining choice of a young career. We evaluate both routes with unvarnished honesty, balancing immediate development with your ultimate career goals.

Navigating the New NCAA Rules

The rules of amateur hockey have changed. We guide families through the new eligibility landscape to protect your options:

• NCAA Division I: CHL players are eligible if limited to actual and necessary expenses.

• NCAA Division III: Open to former Major Junior players (effective 2026-27).

• ACHA: Open to former Major Junior players (effective 2025-26).

Junior A Pathway

Junior A is a critical stepping stone for NCAA development and exposure. We help families select the right league and team environment to ensure maximum ice time and recruiter visibility.

Professional & Collegiate Advancement

• Men’s Professional: Strategic placement, contract negotiation, and player marketing across North America and Europe.

• Women’s Professional: Dedicated advocacy and long-term career planning tailored to the evolving women’s professional game.

• NCAA & U Sports (Women’s): Navigating collegiate hockey programs to ensure the ideal fit for athletic progression and academics.

Every Path Is Different

We help players and families understand their options, make confident decisions, and build a plan that fits their goals.
